Edward (Ed)
V. Weber has been involved with advanced computer technologies in the manufacturing,
financial, grocery, retail, government, and promotional products industries
for over 20 years. He analyzes, designs, develops, and implements integrated
systems to support all aspects of the organizations he and his company serves.
He regularly teaches computer, business management, team building, and motivational
classes in association with East Central College, St. Louis Community College,
Central Methodist University, and the Thomas Dunn Memorials Adult Education Foundation.
Ed continues to promote growth and prosperity of both companies and individuals through
education, training, and the implementation of new skills.
Ed is active in the community having served as a Board member of the Union Chamber
of Commerce, Past-President for the East Central College Foundation,
Past-President of the Union Rotary Club, a member and past Vice President
of the Union Jaycees, former Alderman for the City of Union, Missouri,
former member of the Two Rivers Cable Commission, and former President
of the Union Public Facilities Authority.
Prior to Chartering Weber Enterprises, Inc., Ed has worked for and with
a great number of companies including, Mercantile Bank, May Department
Stores, Citicorp Mortgage, Planters Peanuts, LifeSavers Candies, Nabisco
Foods, ASI Computer Systems, and ASI/EDI. He has lived and worked in St.
Louis, MO, Winston-Salem, NC, Parsippany, NJ, Cedar Falls, IA, and is
now proud to call Union, MO his business and family home. He has published
articles and has been interviewed in trade magazines such as "PC
Today", "Forms Magazine", and "The Counselor".
Ed received his Master of Science degree in Information Technology from
Capella University, Minnesota in 2006. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with
a BS in Psychology and a Minor in Computer Science from Central Methodist
University, Missouri, in 2003.

Sr. Systems Engineer |
John Weber
began his data processing career in 1997 with Beyond, Inc. There, he sub-contracted
to MEMC, Inc., a global semiconductor manufacturing company. He worked
at MEMC's St. Peters, MO, plant developing and maintaining data automation
systems in their shipping, finished goods, and epitaxial wafer manufacturing
and inspection (clean room) departments.
John later joined Amdocs, Inc. and worked as a member of the team responsible
for the Error Management System (EMS) portion of their Customer Care and
Billing product. He developed and deployed a full-scale installation kit
and process for the EMS module.
John returned to Beyond, Inc. and again sub-contracted to MEMC to develop
a table-driven, Statistical Process Control (SPC) module that was integrated
into their existing Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) framework.
After the completion of the SPC project, John joined Microcon, Inc. and
worked on a variety of projects for Charter Communications, Inc. These
projects included an integrated capital expense budgeting system and the
retrofit of the product catalog management module of their existing purchasing
system. For Panera Bread, Inc. John served as the team leader for the
development of a web-based human resources management system.
In March of 2002, John joined his brother, Ed, as the 2nd employee of
Weber Enterprises, Inc. Currently, John serves as a Sr. Systems Engineer
developing numerous stand-alone and web-based applications for our clientele.
John graduated Summa Cum Laude from Milwaukee Area Technical College,
Wisconsin with an AAS in Computer Information Systems.

Vice President |
Throughout
her career, Kim has excelled in numerous roles in the management and administration
areas of various corporations.
Beginning in 1985, Kim worked in Admissions for Hickey Business College
in St. Louis, Missouri. From there, Kim joined Southwestern Bell Corporation
(SBC) where she served in several capacities in Human Resources administration.
In 1990, Kim worked briefly with Sara Lee Corporation in their Customer
Response area before joining Planters LifeSavers Company (PLS), a division
of RJR Nabisco. At PLS, Kim worked in the Marketing Department in executive
administration for a division brand.
Kim joined ASI/EDI, Inc. in 1993 as the Executive Assistant to the General
Manager. Then, in 1995, Kim joined East Central College and held various
positions including non-traditional education, Public Relations, Graphics
Design, and most recently, she has served as the Associate Director of
Financial Aid.
Kim Weber has served as the Vice-President and Treasurer of Weber Enterprises,
Inc. since its charter in 1995 and serves as the part-time Executive Office Manager.
Kim graduated Summa Cum Laude from Central Methodist University, Missouri
with a BS in Psychology.
